We offer two types of accommodations:

1. A selection of farmhouse style properties, which are a combination of village houses, modern villas and renovated farmhouses. Recently built of various types of limestone and renovated in a rustic style, each has its own private pool. Located in and around the beautiful and quiet villages on Gozo, all properties are lovingly restored or rebuilt to reflect tradition Mediterranean style. The houses have one, two, three or four bedroom, private facilities, kitchen, and living/dining room, ceiling fans. Each house enjoys its own private pool.

2. A cluster of maisonettes superbly finished with typical rustic style interiors and farmhouse style stone arches and wooden beams. Set in the heart of the peaceful Gozitan countryside, its residents may enjoy beautiful country and/or distant sea views.
a)Villagg tal-Fanal is five minutes away by car from the capital city Victoria. There is a small well-stocked mini-market within walking distance from the village. There are twenty six houses in all (with one, two, three or four bedrooms), each having a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for self-catering holidays) and a comfortable living room. All the one bedroom houses have a bathroom ensuite and a terrace or a balcony, while the two bed-roomed houses have two bathrooms each, one of which is ensuite. All the two bed-roomed houses have a large terrace on ground or first floor level. The three bed-roomed houses are all on the ground floor level with a large terrace; they have two or three bathrooms.

b) Villagg Ta‘Sbejha is five minutes away by car from the capital city Victoria. There is a small grocery store within walking distance from the village. All units are one bedroomed with the possibility of accommodating four persons comfortably. Each house is complete with a well equipped kitchen (ideal for a self-catering holiday) and a comfortable living room. In the case of four persons staying in the apartment, then the two divans in the living room are made up as two single full-size beds. Each apartment has either a terrace or a balcony.

c) Tal- Fanal apartments our new holiday complex at Tal-Fanal consists of 26 beautifully furnished apartments. It is situated just off Lighthouse Street, across the road from “Villagg Tal-Fanal”, Each apartment consists of two twin-bedded bedrooms (one with bath or shower room ensuite), separate shower room / WC, fully equipped kitchen and very spacious living/dining area with television (cable reception). The apartments have either a terrace or a balcony overlooking the large common swimming pool; most also enjoy fantastic country and distant sea views.

A large swimming pool and sun beds are at the disposal of the residents. The village is adorned with plants, and there is an atmosphere of complete relaxation and tranquility. All residents may park their cars in a large underground car park situated beneath part of the village itself. A weekly maid service including change of linen and towels is offered free of charge.
