Villa Paradiso  is a beautiful 4 bedroom traditional stone built villa situated 5 minutes from Vodnjan.  Here you will find a number of shops and bars, a couple of restaurants, a bank and a post office. The village is also known for the most magnificent collection of Sacral Art in Croatia, kept in the parish church of St Blaise. Pula, Istria’s capital, is only 20 minutes drive away; it hides numerous monuments including the fabulously preserved Roman Amphitheatre which dominates the historical town centre.

Only10 km from the villa is National park Brijuni, which ranks as one of the loveliest archipelagos in the Mediterranean. As the only national park in Istria, Brijuni with its 14 islands covering an area of 736 square hectares presents a unique play of nature that brings together remarkable animal species and rare and rich flora all in one place. Rovinj, a picturesque Istrian town with narrow cobbled streets and multitude of galleries, restaurants and bars, is 30 minutes away, and just North of it is Lim channel, a 10 km long fiord, one of the most beautiful natural landscapes in Istria. Cape Kamenjak, a park of nature with amazing Mediterranean landscape is 30 km away and close to it is the lively little town Medulin, with a sandy beach, lots of summer sports, bars, patisseries and restaurants. The nearest beach to the villa is in Fazana, 10 km away, where you will also find excellent fish restaurants with terraces right by the sea. During the summer Fazana becomes a buzzy little place with lots of entertainment for all generations.

DETAILS OF ACCOMMODATION

Villa Paradiso is located in Paradiz, an estate of villas which share a tennis court and children’s play area, a perfect place for families with kids. The villa has a private garden with a 7m x 5m swimming pool. The front door leads to the hall off which is an air conditioned living room open plan to the kitchen area with a dining table; the kitchen is modern, fully fitted with fridge, freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher. The living area has an L-shaped sofa, DVD/CD player and satellite TV. There is a traditional style fireplace, which can also be used as a barbecue. The double doors lead out onto a covered terrace area with outdoor table, chairs to accommodate 12, and a stone barbecue. Down some steps is the patio overlooking the pool and garden.

A door from the hall leads to a double bedroom, with doors opening onto the terrace; another door in the hall open to a shower room/wc with a washing machine.

Upstairs is a bathroom/wc with Jacuzzi bath, and two double bedrooms (one with a four-poster bed); both rooms have doors leading out onto the upper terrace, which has a small table and two chairs. There is also a large children’s bedroom which can sleep up to 4, with bunk beds with a further pull out underneath, and a separate single bed.
