The house is in an elevated position with an attractive outlook. The Dordogne river is just a few kilometres to the south. For shops and restaurants you have the choice of Tremolat, where there are number of shops as well as an excellent restaurant, and Le Bugue, which provides a wider range of shops, bars and restaurants and a weekly market. The river Vezere flows past Le Bugue on its way down to join the Dordogne at Limeuil which curves to the west past Lalinde to Bergerac which is half an hour away. South lie vineyards producing wines as varied as the red Bergerac aoc and the sweet white Monbazillac.
DETAILS OF ACCOMMODATION
From the entrance hall, off which is a separate WC, you proceed through a large square opening into the living room. This is a spacious room with comfortable seating: two sofas and two armchairs and a coffee table as well as a large glass topped dining table and chairs. On one side of the room, French windows open onto an inner courtyard around an inner lawn, and on the other side is the south facing terrace at the front of the house.
