Unique "All Season" Villa in Paphos
This amazing villa is ideal for rest, relaxation and recuperation and will give you a taste of the "real" Cyprus. The local village has an award-winning winery and excellent local tavernas within walking distance. The villa itself has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8. This is bookable on its own and you just pay for this. Should your party size increase, the house has 2 beautiful compact studios, each sleeping 2 – 4, and these are bookable by you only.
We can also arrange a VIP 30% discount on Car Hire, which comes with a friendly “meet & greet” at Paphos airport, and a free escort to the villa.
As this villa is a “one off” not only in Cyprus but in the whole of Europe, you need to book early. We accept credit cards.

Here is what her Villa Ampelitis guests say:
We have had a fantastic week in a wonderful property and were really "living" here - the children mainly in the pool! The fireplace was much enjoyed, appreciated and working very well. Nicole and Nick gave us very useful information and special local info. such as the ceremony at the harbour on 6th of January (Ta Fota) which we attended, and have been very helpful in arranging our online check-in for our flight back to Frankfurt. I had the most tasteful parsley here and the butcher in the village has got fantastic lamb chops. The fantastic hospitality of the Cypriots made our stay a really special one and we got by very well on foot along with the little shopping dictionary in the villa folder. Tips for winter: Visit Coral Bay it’s lovely and quiet in winter months. Bring firewood inside one day in advance in order to dry it).
Thank you very much for a fantastic holiday.

Testimonials for Sundance Villas
A wonderful place to start the New Year. We enjoyed the excellent facilities and the spacious feel. The kids loved the swimming pool (and so did we). Nick and Nicole were excellent at communicating with us and in responding to our queries. Their notes about the area were very helpful and informative. We had a great day at the bird park (ideal for young kids) and enjoyed our trips to the harbour in Paphos. Thanks for a great holiday.

Hi Irene
Thank you, we had a wonderful time at Villa Ampelitis in October. It is a beautiful home and the toys, dvds and other equipment for children was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. 3 tips for places to see: Eleouthkia Park, Pissouri Beach and just head to coast if weather at villa is not that good
We won't hesitate to recommend you to others. Thank you again

We visited Ampelitis Inn in August 2009 and had a fantastic holiday. We have a 15 year old daughter who has Cerebral palsy and is spastic quadriplegic, so lifting, handling, toileting and showering have always presented a problem for us on holiday. I can honestly say this time was very different, we had a choice of wet rooms with a shower/toilet seat that was on wheels, all the doors were wide enough and all the rooms thoughtfully laid out and spacious, added to this the indoor pool was the perfect temperature with the ceiling hoist which enabled us to get Nadine in and out of the pool without breaking our backs. She was a different child on this holiday. Everywhere on the ground floor was level access, so again no problems with the wheelchair.
The only disappointing thing was that due to past experiences we only took the manual chair but we could have taken the electric as there was plenty of room to manoeuvre, we would have also taken the manual chair for visits into Pafos etc. and next time this is what we will do. (We have already re booked.) If anyone would like to ask me any questions I will be happy for Irene to pass on my details and you can either ring me or email me

Hello Nicole
Sorry for the delay but once you get back to work time passes so quickly.
We would like to thank you for a most enjoyable holiday based at your house in Cyprus.
It’s difficult to imagine what to expect when you are looking at photos in a brochure or online but I can say your house lives up to the impression you get from them.
The space is by far one of the best features and the quality of the furnishings does make you feel almost at home.
For us the pool was a big attraction and we certainly made good use of it, as you saw Adam is a very energetic young boy but being fully dependant on a wheelchair, it’s sometimes difficult to allow him to do the things we all take for granted.
For me the climate was just about right and during evenings we loved to sit out, enjoy our meal and drink our wine with beautiful views.
We would highly recommend your house to anyone looking for good quality, peace and tranquillity, excellent views and a pool to die for. Best Regards Derek, Michelle and Adam July 2009
Dear Irene,
Villa Ampelitis was just the thing we wanted, well out the way of the tourist areas but also only a short drive to Paphos. We were very spoilt with the indoor pool, especially this time of the year (March). I can only imagine what it must be like mid summer with all the doors open, with that spectacular view.
Nick greeted us at the airport where upon he gave us our car for the few days (CY Breeze). We followed him to the Villa, it couldn't have been easier, and he could not have been any more helpful. He even asked if we needed anything from the shops!
I was pleasantly surprised when the small shop down the road took chip and pin, something even major countries haven't yet grasped. I would highly recommend the Statos Agios winery for lunch one day, in fact I was so impressed with the wine I had to pay a hefty sum at the airport for my overweight baggage!!
Thank you for such an easy, stress-free holiday.
Kindest Regards Ben Paddick Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire March 2009
