Although the house is in a group of six and not a detached property it does have a feeling of privacy, mainly due to the mature trees and shrubs that encircle the boundary. The front garden is surprisingly spacious and lush with greenery including a fruiting pomegranate tree and flowering hibiscus. The pool area is alongside the house, fronted by a covered patio area for outside dining.
