Olive Grove and Rose Hill villas are only 50km from Rome and are located in the middle of the picturesque Aniene Valley and close to the Abruzzo National Park, a spectacular natural reserve with many tiny ancient villages, breathtaking views of mountain peaks  and endless wilderness.

 

The two villas are adjacent and almost symmetrical. They are two parts of the same building, but are completely independent..

The villas sit in beautiful formal, Mediterranean gardens, rich with flowers and olive and fig trees.

Easy access to the city of Rome and its airports.

 

There is  a large (10x5mt and 160cm deep) swimming pool and private parking.

 

We rent only the front part of the building (which sleeps 4) or the entire villa (which sleeps 8).

If we rent the front part we call it Olive Grove . If we rent the whole building we call it Rose Hill.

 

In order to secure the exclusive use and enjoyment of the garden and the swimming pool by our guests,  it is our policy to rent only the front part of the villa  (Olive Grove), leaving the rest unoccupied, or rent the entire villa (Rose Hill) but  only to the same party.

Olive Grove Villa (front part) has TWO bedrooms with direct access to the garden and 2 bathrooms (1 on-suite), kitchen, sitting room with fireplace and dining area, large terrace with imposing view of the valley, parking area. www.olivegrove.it

 

Rose Hill Villa ( the entire building) has a total of  FOUR  bedrooms with 4 bathrooms (3 on-suite), one large terrace, one balcony, 2 sitting/dining rooms, 2 fire places, 2 kitchens, 2 parking areas. www.rosehillvilla.it

TIVOLI (20km)  - Villa d’Este with its famous fountains, Villa Gregoriana recently restored to its splendour, Villa Adriana majestic ruins of Emperor Hadrian’s palace which form one of the major ancient monuments in the world.

 

SUBIACO (20km) – St Benedict’s Monastery  with its sacred cave, for its history can be considered  one of the most important medieval (VI Cent.) monasteries in Europe.

 

LICENZA (10km) –  Villa d’ Orazio, romantic remains of the ancient Roman poet’s villa

Prices are inclusive of bed linen, towels, hot water, gas and electricity.

They do not include heating (Euros 100 a week per apartment) and cleaning (Euros 12 a week per person)
