Olive Grove and Rose Hill villas are only 50km from Rome and are located in the middle of the picturesque River Aniene Valley and close to the Abruzzo National Park, a spectacular natural reserve with many tiny picturesque villages, breathtaking views of mountain peaks and seemingly endless wilderness.

The 2 villas are adjacent, part of the same building, but completely independent. They can either be rented together or separately. The villas sit in beautiful formal, Mediterranean gardens, rich with flowers and olive and fig trees.

There is also a large (10x5m) swimming pool and private parking. Easy access to Rome airports.

Olive Grove Villa has 2 double bedrooms (1 en suite), an independent bathroom, kitchen, sitting/dining room with fireplace, and a large terrace overlooking the valley.

Rose Hill Villa has 2 double en suite bedrooms and a private bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a balcony and there are 2 sitting/dining rooms with direct access to a private garden.

Each villa sleeps 4 but they can be rented together to sleep 8 people.

Take time out to visit:

• Tivoli (20km) and the Villa d'Este with its world-famous fountains; Villa Adriana and the majestic ruins of Emperor Hadrian's palace; and Villa Gregoriana, recently restored to its original splendour.
• Subiaco (20km) and 6th century St Benedict's Monastery and sacred cave
• Licenza (10km) and the ruins of the famous Roman poet Horace's villa

Prices are inclusive of bed linen, towels, hot water, gas and lighting. They do not include heating (€100 a week per apartment) or cleaning (€12 per person a week)
