The three bedroom villas have three bathrooms and two living rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). They can be split into a self-contained one bedroom apartment on the first floor and a self-contained two bedroom apartment on the ground floor, each with their own living room and kitchen.

There is a laundry and maid service with additional "hotel" daily maiding if required. Internet is available. Free logs for cosy woodburning stoves in winter.

Car not required but there is a private car park and free parking on the lane in front or nearby.
