This delightful 4th-floor apartment is in a superb seafront position with fantastic views right across the bay towards distant Altea and glorious sunsets over the mountains. It is in a comparatively low-rise (7 storey) building with an efficient lift and only the traffic-free paseo (seafront walk) between it and the sparkling Mediterranean. There is a choice of blue flag sandy beaches, with the nearest (shown above, palm trees to the right) immediately in front.

Just a short walk in one direction are Calpe's harbour, marina and the towering Peñon de Ifach, while half a mile away along the paseo in the other direction is the centre of Calpe, with its excellent shops, bars and restaurants. Moraira, Benidorm and the Terra Mitica theme park are all within a 30 minute drive. Sailing, scuba diving and other watersports are available in Calpe. In the mountains there is abundant wildlife, good walking and small villages with bars and restaurants.

The apartment is in a very quiet position, with no traffic noise (just the gentle murmur of waves breaking in the little cove below). It has two twin bedrooms, bathroom, hall, lounge with dining area, new 32-inch LCD TV with satellite and DVD (good collection of films) and separate fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron and board and fridge/freezer. The spacious westward-facing balcony, with sofa, folding chairs and table, has sun all afternoon. From the kitchen and small back balcony there is a view of the Peñon (shown above). Linen and some towels provided.
