This delightful 4th-floor apartment is in a superb seafront position with fantastic views right across the bay towards distant Altea and glorious sunsets over the mountains. It is in a comparatively low-rise (7 storey) building with only the traffic-free seafront walk between it and the sparkling Mediterranean. There is a choice of blue flag sandy beaches, the nearest just yards away. Just a short walk in one direction are Calpe’s harbour, marina, and the towering Peñon de Ifach, while in the other direction is Calpe, with its excellent shops, bars and restaurants. Benidorm and Terra Mitica theme park are only a 20 minute drive. Sailing, scuba diving and other watersports are available in Calpe. In the mountains there is abundant wildlife and good walking.

The apartment is in a very quiet position, with no traffic noise (just the gentle murmur of waves breaking in the little cove below). It has two twin bedrooms (plus single fold-up bed), bathroom, hall, lounge with dining area, satellite TV and separate fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron and board and fridge/freezer. The spacious westward-facing balcony, with sofa, folding chairs and table, has sun all afternoon. Cot and highchair available. Linen and some towels provided.
