Situated on the south-west tip of Tenerife, a 30-minute drive from the airport and only 10 minutes from Playa de las Americas, the resort is reputed to be one of the warmest and sunniest parts of the island. There is a regular bus service and plenty of taxis, and car hire is readily available.

There are many good restaurants, especially along the seafront, and plenty of live entertainment. You’ll also find supermarkets, shops, bank, gymnasium, beauty salon and doctor’s surgery.
