Luxurious villa built to a high specification and set in its own grounds with a large, private swimming pool, terraces (some shaded) and barbecue. The pool is floodlit and has solar panel heating. There are magnificent views overlooking the sea, mountains and the attractive village of Moraira, with its weekly market. The villa is 30 minutes from the Terra Mitica entertainment complex, and many good restaurants are within easy walking distance, as is the sea. Golf, tennis and watersports all available locally, and the villa has its own table tennis table. Air-conditioning and central heating are available.
Accommodation: large lounge; separate dining room; well-equipped kitchen, master bedroom with en suite bathroom and private balcony; 4 further big bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms; separate bathroom; cloakroom; and a white marble staircase. Sleeps 12 comfortably without sofas or bunk beds. Facilities include washing machine, dishwasher and TV. Sun terrace and covered balcony on first floor. A cot and highchair are available.
