delightful house is where the watchkeeper of Kerglas Mill used to live.
It is within the 50-acre domain of the mill, through which flows the
Trieux, a first category salmon and trout river which reaches the sea
at the picturesque little Breton seaport of Paimpol. The domain is a
wildlife and bird reserve and has a lake, stocked with common carp some
20 years ago and not yet fished.
The house
features a modern fully equipped kitchen adjoining a small breakfast
dining room, and adjoining sitting/dining room with large TV (most UK
and French channels). Four bedrooms: master with a double bed and small
single bed, TV and en suite bathroom; second main bedroom with a double
and small single bed, TV and en suite shower/ WC; third with two bunk
beds and a single; fourth with double bed, two bunk beds and en suite
shower/WC.
